Program Founder

HALLIE MORGAN

Hallie Morgan is a dedicated and passionate individual at the forefront of the competition cheerleading scene. As the Head Coach and Program Owner of Cheer Elite AllStars since its establishment in 2010, Hallie brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table.

Having studied Kinesiology at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Hallie has honed her understanding of the physical aspects of cheerleading. She is proud to be a member of respected organizations such as the USASF (United States All Star Federation) and NCA (National Cheerleaders Association), which further enrich her expertise.

Hallie's own cheerleading journey encompasses various levels, from Pop Warner to Middle High School, collegiate cheer, and even Level 1 through 6 All Star Competition cheerleading. This diverse background allows her to provide comprehensive guidance to athletes.

In addition to her extensive cheerleading know-how, Hallie holds certifications in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and AED (Automated External Defibrillator), prioritizing the safety and well-being of her athletes above all else.

Her down-to-earth approach and genuine passion for the sport make her an exceptional coach and mentor within the competitive cheerleading community.

OUR STORY

At the young age of 14, Hallie had a dream of starting her own allstar cheerleading gym. Refusing to put her aspirations off until adulthood, it was her intention to go after her dreams immediately. Even as a child, Hallie recognized that dreams rarely come true when they are not written down. With that in mind, Hallie pulled out her dry-erase board and marker, and began to bring her vision to life. She wrote out every detail of her future program and sketched out her idea of the perfect Cheer Elite Allstars uniform. Excited about her vision, she called her grandmother(Mamoo), the best seamstress she knew, to help bring her ideas to life. Hallie and Mamoo took a trip to the local fabric store and spent hours deciding on fabrics and creating the perfect pattern. Once everything was decided, they both sat down at the kitchen table and Hallie watched Mamoo seam individual pieces of fabric into a beautiful uniform that would garner attention to help cheer elite blossom. The uniform was custom made to fit Hallie and she did not waste any time running to try it on. It was perfect.

The finished product was the start of what would be years of blood, sweat, tears and triumph. With the uniform being complete, Hallie was able to hold her very first tryout in a one-room dance studio with only a single mat purchased off of Craigslist. Hallie was excited for little girls to flood the tryout and was discouraged to see only two girls show up that also happened to be her moms best friend’s kids(which was probably not a coincidence). While she was discouraged, she was not defeated. Hallie began the team with those two girls. The two girls turned into 4..then to 6... By the end of the season, she had a full team of 12 girls. Hallie felt her team was finally ready to compete so she registered her team for a national competition at carowinds. Before the team took the mat, Hallie’s emotions took over and she stood in front of the stage crying because of the overwhelming passion she felt for her little dream team. In Hallie's words: “ My heart was beating so fast, but not only because I was nervous, my heart was beating for the 12 little girls that were getting ready to take the mat. Its like all of our hearts were beating together as one.” With this concept in mind, Hallie has grown cheer elite into what it is today, A nationally respected cheer gym that produces excellence in her athletes, both on and off mat with state, regional, and national wins. But most importantly a gym that comes together as one family..one team...one dream…One Heartbeat.
